PHONE, FAX, & ONLINE ORDERS
Orders may be placed by phone, 970-245-4315, during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm (Mountain Time). Please have the Rolling Tomes Sales List in hand before you phone because you’ll need the item numbers to place your order. Fax orders, 970-243-8025, are confirmed by regular mail or email only. Our order form provides an easy and convenient way to place your order safely online. (We also have an online catalog and our selection of collectibles is quite different than our printed catalogs.) You may email your order to email@example.com as long as we have your credit card info on file.
MAIL ORDERS & FAX ORDERS
Give the item number, brief description, the price, and your customer number (the number on the magazine’s address label next to your name) with mail orders or reservations. Please list alternate choices whenever possible. If we can’t completely fill your order we will issue a credit memo unless you specify that you would prefer a refund. Mail orders must be paid in full, including postage, unless you are making reservations. When using your credit card for payment, please give the type of card, card number, expiration date, name printed on card, billing address, and signature. We will gladly reserve items for you. Reserved items will be held for 6 weeks without any extra charge. We can extend this time up to 3 months with a 25% deposit. The deposit is forfeited if not paid in full by the due date. Please note: All items put on reserve are considered sold and are removed from our inventory, making these items unavailable to other customers. So please honor your reservations; do not reserve items unless you are prepared to send the payment in the allotted time. (Note: subscriptions to On the Tracks and Series of Dreams cannot be reserved—they must be pre-paid.)
BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDERS
If you order multiple items and an item is backordered (not in stock) or is pre-ordered (not yet released), we will be ship the items “in stock” immediately and then ship the backordered/pre-ordered items as they become available. Upon special request, a shipment can be held on reserve until all the items are available—however, please understand that this might significantly delay the order. This type of order is considered a reservation, see the reservations section for additional instructions.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
All records are visually graded. The cover/sleeve is graded first, then the disc.
M = Mint.
M- = Very light scuffs, very slight cover wear.
VG+ = Light scratches or scuffs, slight cover wear.
VG = More scratches, more cover wear.
VG- = Well worn disc/cover, but still plays.
G = Very well worn, lots of scratches, usually unplayable.
Many items are covered by a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call our order line 970-245-4315 for a return authorization number and a full-refund of the items purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Items returned without a "return authorization number" will be refused. You must return the item at your expenseincluding postage, packaging, and insurance. We must receive the item in the same condition stated in the catalog, so dont forget to insure the item and package it very carefully. New items that have their "seal" broken are non-refundable, but defective items may be exchanged for the same item. When ordering, ask our operator if your purchase is covered by the Money-Back Guarantee.
POSTAGE, HANDLING, AND INSURANCE CHARGES

If you want items other than records, CDs, videos, posters, shirts, magazines and books, write first for postage costs or send enough money to cover the postage and we will refund any difference along with your order. All packages are very carefully packed—we pride ourselves in packing packages better than any other company! Posters are shipped in super heavy-duty tubes. Records and CDs are shipped in new heavy-duty boxes. However, Rolling Tomes is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail. Postal insurance is available on request. You only pay what we are charged for insurance, there is no additional service fee. Write, email, or call for insurance rates (foreign rates not available by phone).
FOREIGN CUSTOMERS: We will automatically ship your order by surface mail if you dont request airmail. If you would like your package(s) insured or if it weighs over 4 lbs, it usually requires a slightly more expensive service than the uninsured airmail/surface rates quoted on our postage and handling rates page.
